"Looks decent, comfort not so much"

"Return was more frustrating than it needed to be"
I ordered from himakani.com and the item itself was fine, but the sizing just didn’t work for me. I reached out about doing a return, and it took a few days before I got an answer that actually explained what I needed to do.
The return instructions were a bit confusing, and customer service didn’t seem all that interested in making it easier. I did manage to get it sorted in the end, but it felt like it was made more complicated than it had to be.

"Not worth what I paid"
I feel like I paid way too much for what I ended up getting. It just didn’t live up to expectations at all, and I’m disappointed. What made it worse is that no one ever followed up afterward to see if I was satisfied or to address anything. Just not a great experience overall.

"Shipping was okay, just a little slow"
So, it arrived a bit later than I expected, but the package was totally fine when it got here. Not a huge deal, just kind of wish the shipping had been a little quicker.

"Ugh, it broke way too soon"
I was disappointed. I bought it thinking it would hold up, but it broke way faster than I expected. My first reaction was just, seriously? Not great quality...
